Clinical supervision is provided by Lakeya Nesbit-Gaither, a Georgia approved Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) with over 10 years of supervision experience and is available for those pursuing licensure as an Associate Professional Counselor (APC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia.
Supervision is a supportive process, where I will assist you with developing clinical knowledge and skills, enhancing service provision, and facilitating professional development. I will offer support in identifying learning needs, uncovering strengths, understanding how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence the counseling relationship, as well as conveying knowledge for practical application and professional growth.

With over 20 years in counseling experience, I’m here to support you in obtaining licensure. I offer individual and group supervision catered to your specific needs.

Qualifications for Supervision (APC)
-
You must be a graduate of a master’s, specialist, or doctoral program with a concentration in counseling.

You must be employed in a counseling position that qualifies under the Georgia Composite Board rules.

You must carry your own professional liability insurance.

You must be pursuing licensure for the state of Georgia based on the Georgia Composite Board rules and regulations.
