If you chose not to utilize insurance benefits, my cost structure is listed below and payable at the time services are rendered.

• Diagnostic Assessment, $175.00 per encounter
 • Individual Therapy, $125.00 per clinical hour (50-60 minutes)
 • Family Therapy, $150.00 per clinical hour (50-60 minutes)
 • Group Therapy, $50.00 per participant, per clinical hour (50-60 minutes)

What if I can’t afford your rate?

Don’t let my rate discourage you from contacting me!  A Reduced Fee Agreement will be provided on a case-by-case basis.  A limited amount of time slots is available for individuals experiencing financial hardship.  If this is applicable to you, it is your responsibility to request consideration for a reduced fee.  This agreement will be reviewed on a quarterly basis to determine if you are still in need of financial assistance.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that you are unable to keep your appointment, you must notify me at least 24 hours in advance.  If such advance notice is not received, you will be financially responsible for the session you missed.  Please note that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed sessions.

Zelle, Venmo, and credit cards are accepted. An additional service fee will be added to all credit card transactions.  Co-payment is due at the end of each session (if applicable-see your health insurance policy).

Good Faith Estimate (G.F.E)

Effective January 1, 2022, you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” (GFE).  Upon request, healthcare providers must give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill explaining how much your medical and mental health care services may cost.  
 • You have the right to receive a GFE for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.
 • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, then you can dispute the bill.
 • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your GFE.
